1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Monexa Hub, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service is intended for people aged 18 or over, or of legal age to enter into contracts in their country of residence.

2. What Monexa Hub is — and what it is not

Monexa Hub is a tool for organizing and tracking investments: portfolio, dividends, options, goals, reports and help with income tax calculations.

• It is not investment advice, a recommendation or an offer. Nothing shown should be taken as a suggestion to buy or sell.
• It is not a broker, does not hold assets and does not execute orders.
• It is not affiliated with B3 or with any broker.
• Quotes, dividends and market data come from third-party sources and may be delayed or wrong.
• Tax calculations are estimates to help you. Filing and paying taxes is your responsibility; check with an accountant when needed.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the information you enter and for keeping your password safe. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. B3 integration

Syncing with the B3 Investor Area is optional. When you enable it, you authorize Monexa Hub to access your B3 account, with the credentials you provide, solely to import your trades and account movements.

Credentials are stored encrypted and you can remove them at any time. B3 may change its portal without notice, which may interrupt syncing until it is adjusted.

5. Plans, billing and renewal

• The Free plan costs nothing. The Pro plan is paid, at the prices shown on the website at the time of purchase.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card details.
• The Pro subscription, monthly or annual, renews automatically at the end of each period until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time in Settings. After the withdrawal period, Pro access continues until the end of the period already paid.
• If a renewal payment fails, the plan returns to Free.

6. Right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from the subscription within 7 days of purchase and get your money back, as provided by the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code. The details are in the Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use

When using the service, you must not:

• try to access other users' data or restricted parts of the system;
• overload the service, bulk-extract data by automated means or reverse engineer it;
• use Monexa Hub for illegal activities or to infringe the rights of others.

8. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep Monexa Hub available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may add, change or remove features.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Monexa Hub is not liable for investment decisions made based on the information shown, nor for losses caused by incorrect or delayed third-party data or by service unavailability. Nothing in these terms removes rights that the law grants you as a consumer.

10. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the service whenever you want. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, giving notice whenever possible.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. If you use the service as a consumer, you keep the mandatory rights granted by the law of your country of residence, and you may enforce them in the courts where you live.
