What's new

What changed in Monexa Hub: new features, improvements and fixes.

Transactions: asset search and the fixed income type

The Transactions screen got the same search as Dividends: type the ticker, the company name or the fixed income title name. The class and type filters now use the same names on both screens, and only show the classes you have.

  • ImprovedFixed income titles show their name and type (LCA, LCI, Tesouro Selic…), as in the Portfolio, instead of the B3 code.

Roll the whole structure

In Options → Structures, the "Roll" button shows the same spread, condor or collar in the next expirations: the cost to close the current one, the credit of the new one and the net credit — only rolls that bring cash in are shown. The ticket records the legs in the app or just registers the roll for the B3 sync to bring. The new structure keeps the name and the chain: "Roll #2 · realized in the chain".

  • NewTwo designs per expiration: the same strikes and one recentered on today's price. A monthly structure rolls to the next monthly expirations.
  • NewNew structures recognized: butterfly (buy, sell 2×, buy), iron butterfly (both shorts at the same strike — it used to show as an iron condor) and ratio spread (different quantities, when grouping legs). The butterfly's body no longer shows alone in "Profit exit" as a naked short.
  • FixedThe annualized return of structures that risk little to gain a lot (like a butterfly) is no longer shown: it produced absurd numbers. The period return stays.
  • NewFrom the 3rd roll on, the screen warns: rolling again can hide a loss — check the running total.
  • FixedClosing an option you entered by hand (buyback) now reaches Income Tax. Before, the buyback stayed only on screen and tax didn't see it.
  • ImprovedA newly opened structure no longer shows the stop warning in its first 3 days: right after opening, the "loss" is just the book's bid-ask spread.
  • FixedDate fields (closing an option, transactions, dividends) now follow the app's language — not the browser's.

Ask the AI from Ctrl K

From any screen, press Ctrl K (⌘ K on Mac), type your question and pick "Ask your portfolio" or "Ask your finances": the assistant opens right there, already answering.

  • NewThe question counts toward the assistant's monthly limit; on the free plan, the shortcut shows what PRO answers.

Debentures, CRI and CRA in your portfolio

Debentures, CRI and CRA now enter your portfolio: through the B3 sync, with the purchase at the real unit price, interest in Dividends and amortization lowering the cost; or added by hand, with the new types in the form. Enter the bond's rate and it starts accruing on screen, already net of the coupons and amortizations you received.

  • NewB3 sync: purchase, sale and maturity of debentures, CRI and CRA; interest as income; amortization lowers the cost without changing the quantity.
  • NewNew types for manual entries: debenture, incentivized debenture (tax-exempt), CRI and CRA. B3 does not say whether a debenture is incentivized — it comes in as a regular one and you change the type when editing; if you had already entered the bond by hand, the type you chose is kept.
  • NewAnnual tax report: interest from LCI, LCA, CRI and CRA goes into Exempt Income (code 12), and from incentivized debentures into its own line (code 26). Regular debentures and CDBs follow the institution's statement, which already withheld the tax.
  • NewA fixed-income bond from B3 can be given a name when editing (the CRI's debtor, for example) and change its type — the B3 code stays the same, and type and name apply to every entry of the bond.
  • New"CDI + spread" fixed income (like CDI + 2.05%, common in debentures, CRI and CRA): choose the Hybrid form with the CDI index. It is not the same as 102.05% of CDI — the spread adds on top of the rate, and the rate field now explains what the number means for each form.
  • FixedEditing a fixed-income bond from B3 (to enter its rate, for example) no longer changes its code: before, the position split from the B3 code and the next sync could duplicate it. And a hand-entered bond with a long name no longer has its code cut when edited.
  • ImprovedIn the Portfolio, each fixed-income bond shows its type next to the name (CDB, LCI, Debenture, CRI, Tesouro IPCA+…), and the Tesouro description no longer shows the internal code.

Contribution plan explained by AI (PRO)

On PRO, the "Explain this plan with AI" button tells you in plain language what the plan does: why each class receives (or sells), why an asset was left out, what is left over and what to watch about taxes on sales. The AI chooses nothing — it explains the plan the rules computed, with your portfolio's numbers. And the "Ask your portfolio" assistant now splits a contribution exactly like the plan screen.

  • NewAI explanation of the plan, with the same options as the screen (below average price, rebalance, health, extra contribution); counts toward the assistant's monthly quota.
  • FixedThe portfolio assistant used a different calculation to split a contribution and could give numbers different from the screen; now it is the same.

Contribution plan: rebalance with sales

New option "Include sales to rebalance": classes above target sell what exceeds it, and the money joins the contribution to buy in the classes below — it works even without a contribution. Each sale shows the shares, the amount and the estimated gain or loss from your average price, with a tax notice. Educational content, not investment advice.

  • NewSales per asset in proportion to its value, in whole shares (fractions for fixed income, crypto and foreign assets), with estimated gain or loss.

Target allocation kept per portfolio

If you have more than one portfolio, setting the target allocation in one of them wiped the other's: saving the second erased the first. Now each portfolio keeps its own. If you have more than one portfolio, check each one's allocation — one lost before this fix needs to be set again.

  • FixedSaving one portfolio's allocation no longer erases another's.

Contribution plan: contribute even to a class above target

Sometimes it makes sense to put a little into the dollar or bitcoin during a dip, even with the class above target. Now, in classes the rule would leave empty, there is "Contribute anyway": you say how much, that amount comes out of the contribution first and the rest follows your allocation. Within the class, it is split by each asset's weight.

  • New"Contribute anyway" with an amount per class, remembered in this browser.
  • ImprovedClasses no longer jump around while you adjust weights and amounts, and an asset with weight 0 stays in the list so you can restore it.
  • ImprovedWhen the extra can't go to any asset (weight 0, above your average price with "only below average price" on, or failing the health check), the class shows what was left over and each asset says why it was left out.
  • ImprovedThe weight locks where changing it would change nothing: the only asset that can receive in the class, and assets left out by the contribution rules. The tooltip (or a short note on phones) says why.

Dividend history with search, filters and pages

The Dividends history now has search by asset (ticker or name), filters by asset class and payment type (dividend, interest on equity, income, fraction auction), and shows 10 per page. The filters also apply to the calendar view.

  • ImprovedSearch, class and type filters, and pagination in the Dividends history.

Fraction auction proceeds in Dividends

When an event (merger, bonus, reverse split) leaves a fractional share, B3 sells that fraction at auction and pays out the proceeds. That money now shows in Dividends as "Fraction auction", with B3's date and amount. It counts as received, but it is not income: it stays out of the yield and the dividend tax report.

  • NewFraction auctions in the Dividends history and calendar and in the Reports statement, including past auctions from your B3 statement.
