What's new

What changed in Monexa Hub: new features, improvements and fixes.

Nubank: complete account statements and NuInvest notes with the right date

In the Nubank account statement PDF, "Devolução - Aplicação em investimento" was left out of My Finances, and incoming totals didn't match the statement. It now comes in, and totals match to the cent. In Portfolio, the notes PDF the Nu app exports bundles several notes in one file: each purchase now gets its own note's date and fees (before, all took the first note's date), and fractional-lot purchases (CMIG4F) add to the stock's position (CMIG4) instead of becoming a separate asset. And if you send a brokerage note or custody statement to My Finances, the app tells you it belongs in Portfolio.

  • FixedNubank account statement (PDF): investment refunds come in, and totals match.
  • FixedNuInvest PDFs with several notes: each note's date and fees.
  • FixedNuInvest fractional-lot purchases add to the stock's position.
  • ImprovedBrokerage note or custody statement in My Finances: a notice to import it in Portfolio.

My Finances: the "To review" count now says it covers all months

In Transactions, the number next to "To review" counts pending items from every month, while the "All" list shows only the selected period. It could show "24" above an 11-row list, as if entries were missing. The filters now read "All in period" and "To review (24 across all months)", and the Transactions tab no longer shows that number.

  • ImprovedTransaction filters state their scope: the period or all months.

My Finances: Banescard (Banestes) card bill import

The Banescard Visa (Banestes) card bill PDF can now be imported into My Finances. Purchases from every card on the bill (main and additional cardholders) come in, installments land in the month they are charged, and the previous bill's payment is recorded as a card payment, not as spending. The app checks the sum against the bill total and warns if anything doesn't match.

  • NewBanescard (Banestes) card bill PDF in My Finances.

Portfolio: no target allocation, no "Sell"

If you hadn't set a target allocation yet, the Portfolio showed "Sell" on every asset: with no target, the app compared each asset against 0%. Now, until the allocation adds up to 100%, the Action column shows "—" with a hint to set it up, and the notice at the top still leads there. Once the allocation is set, Buy, Hold and Sell come back as before.

  • FixedWith no target allocation, the Portfolio no longer says to sell every asset.

Note import: REITs no longer come in under the subscription-right code

When importing a brokerage note, the app finds the ticker from the trading name. For some REITs the search also returned the subscription right (for example, KNCR12 instead of KNCR11), and the purchase could come in under the wrong code, showing the right's price in your portfolio. Now the class written on the note decides the code, and a subscription right or receipt is never picked for a regular purchase. If this happened to you, edit the entry in Transactions and change the code to the fund's.

  • FixedREIT notes no longer record the subscription right or receipt code.

REITs: valuations in the detail view and correct distribution history after splits

Each REIT's detail view in Analyses now has a valuations block: adjusted Gordon (12-month distributions growing at expected inflation, discounted at the Selic + 2%), net asset value, capitalized FFO and the fair price from the "Cheapest" ranking, each with its margin against the price. And the distribution history no longer collapses after a unit split: for GGRC11, which split 1-for-10 in 2024, earlier years show on today's per-unit basis, and the chart shows the fund paid the same.

  • NewREIT valuations: adjusted Gordon, net asset value, capitalized FFO and fair price.
  • FixedREIT distribution history on today's per-unit basis after a split or reverse split.

REITs: profile, risk and credit portfolio in the detail view, plus a Sharpe ranking

Each REIT's detail view in Analyses now has three blocks. Fund profile: investors and how much the base grew in 12 months, annual admin fee, net assets and management type. Risk: 12-month volatility and Sharpe (with distributions, against the CDI) and how much the fund itself owes. And, for CRI funds, the credit portfolio: how many CRIs, the weight of the largest and of the top 10, and the asset composition. Each block shows which month the data is from. In the REIT list, the new Sharpe Rank sorts by return above the CDI per point of volatility.

  • NewFund profile: investors, admin fee, net assets and management.
  • New12-month volatility and Sharpe for every REIT.
  • NewCredit portfolio for CRI funds: concentration and composition.
  • NewSharpe Rank in the REIT list.

Home page and plans showing what Monexa does today

The home page now shows the Contribution plan, Income tax and Transactions modules, complete fixed income, the public portfolio and today's market. The plan lists are up to date too: Pro shows the B3 sync and income tax, and Free shows the dividend calculator, the contribution plan and the public portfolio. And connecting B3 for the first time gives you 30 days of Pro free, no card needed.

  • ImprovedPlans: Pro lists the B3 sync and income tax.
  • ImprovedPlans: Free lists the dividend calculator, the contribution plan, the public portfolio and AI-categorised spending.
  • ImprovedHome page with the 12 modules and only the brokers that already work.

Result in money on Portfolio, and Transactions from the current portfolio

On Portfolio, hover over an asset's total return to see how much it earned in money, price gain plus dividends. On Transactions, the "All" period now starts at the current portfolio, as on the Dashboard: if you emptied the portfolio for months and started over, the empty years are gone. And the monthly flow chart gained the Area | Bars option, like the other charts.

  • NewResult in money in each asset's total return tooltip.
  • ImprovedTransactions: "All" starts at the current portfolio, in the charts and the cards.
  • NewMonthly flow as area or bars.

More stable B3 sync

We fixed two B3 sync failures. Portfolios with no buys or sells in the period no longer fail the daily update. And the code sent by B3 is no longer lost when Monexa is updated while you type it — before, the code could go nowhere and the sync would not move on.

  • FixedA portfolio with no trades in the period no longer fails to sync.
  • FixedThe B3 code is no longer lost during a Monexa update.
  • FixedThe code from the automatic sync now works: you can type it in the app without getting a second code.
  • FixedSeveral portfolios on the same account: one code at a time, without one overriding the other.
  • FixedWith several portfolios waiting for their turn to enter the code, none gets stuck on "awaiting code" anymore.
  • FixedAccounts with more than one e-mail at B3: the code goes to your Monexa account e-mail.
