What's new

What changed in Monexa Hub: new features, improvements and fixes.

Import Rico's fixed-income trade note

The note Rico issues when you buy or sell LCA, LCI, CDB, CRI, CRA and debentures can now be imported just like brokerage notes. The bond goes into Fixed Income with issuer, maturity, index and rate (like 80.5% of CDI or IPCA + 6.5%) and starts accruing right away. If the rate can't be read, the bond comes in flagged for your review.

  • NewRico fixed-income trade note: bonds with issuer, maturity and rate.

New transaction from an asset now comes with its price and class

When you opened an asset's panel in Portfolio and clicked "New transaction in…", the window came with the ticker, but the price was empty and the class stayed on "Stock", even for a REIT or ETF. Now it opens as if you had picked the asset in the search: with the current price and the asset's class and currency. A price you already typed isn't replaced.

  • Fixed"New transaction in…" fills in the current price and the asset's class.

Check your brokerage note before importing

When you import a note, you now see everything it contains before anything is saved: asset, buy or sell, date, quantity and price for each row. When the note only has the asset's name and we worked out the code, the row is highlighted with the name from the note, and you can fix the code right there before confirming. A code that doesn't exist on B3 is flagged right away.

  • NewReview screen before saving a brokerage note.
  • ImprovedCodes worked out from the asset name are highlighted and can be fixed before importing.

Fix or delete a transaction right from Transactions

Logged a sale that was a buy, got the quantity wrong or imported a note just to test? Manual and brokerage-note transactions now have edit and delete buttons right on the row, on desktop and mobile, without opening the asset in the Portfolio. Transactions synced from B3 still don't have them, since the sync rebuilds them.

  • NewEdit (buy/sell, date, quantity, price, fees) and delete on the transaction row.

My Finances back in the menu

An internal setting made My Finances disappear from the side menu and from Ctrl K. It's back and now always shows, for every account, without depending on that setting. Your statements, bills and categories are still there.

  • FixedMy Finances shows again in the menu and in Ctrl K.

Sort open options by any value column

In the open options table, click the Result, Exercise prob., Expiry, Premium, Buyback, Break even, Strike, Moneyness or Current header to sort. A second click reverses it and a third goes back to the original order. On mobile, pick it in the "Sort" bar above the list. Price columns sort by the percentage from spot, so assets at different prices compare fairly, and your choice is remembered.

  • NewColumn sorting for open options, on desktop and mobile.

Monthly-paying ETFs show the next payment

Brazilian ETFs our sources didn't cover, like QQQI11, now have their full payout history, with the real record date, and the next announced payment shows as upcoming, including in the "Next 30d" card. Your B3 statement keeps cross-checking: a payment the source doesn't list still shows from the statement, and a payment B3 credited in two parts isn't counted twice.

  • NewNext announced ETF payment shown as upcoming (e.g. QQQI11).

ETF payouts no website publishes, straight from your B3 statement

Some new ETFs, like QQQI11, pay income every month, but none of the market sources publish those payments, so they didn't show up in Dividends. Now, when no source covers the asset, the app uses the payouts B3 itself shows in your movement statement, with the units and the amount that reached your account. If a source starts publishing the asset, it takes over, with nothing counted twice. ETF income now also deducts the 15% tax withheld at source: before, the screen showed the gross amount as if it were tax-exempt, and the tax report listed it as exempt income instead of income taxed exclusively at source.

  • NewDividends from your B3 statement for assets no source covers (e.g. QQQI11).
  • FixedETF income deducts the 15% withheld at source and goes under exclusive taxation in the tax report.

Password-protected PDFs: the app asks for the password and carries on

In My Finances, a password-protected statement or card bill was rejected and you had to export it again without a password. Now the app asks for the password right there and carries on with the same file; if the password is wrong, it tells you. In Portfolio, the note password hint says it may be just the start of your CPF (at Rico, the first 5 digits), and a PDF that isn't a note the app reads gets a clear message listing the brokers we import.

  • ImprovedMy Finances asks for the protected PDF's password and imports it.
  • ImprovedPortfolio: Rico password hint and a clear message for unrecognized PDFs.

Import: the app tells you where each document goes

When a file is sent to the wrong place, the app now explains instead of just saying it didn't recognize it. In Portfolio: a custody statement only shows today's position, with no purchase price or date, so it doesn't change the portfolio (import your notes or connect B3); the Nomad deposit account statement has no buys or sells (send the trade confirmations or the Investment Account monthly statement); and bank statements or card bills go to My Finances. In My Finances: brokerage notes from any broker, Nomad documents and custody statements go to Portfolio.

  • ImprovedPortfolio explains custody statements, the Nomad deposit account and bank statements.
  • ImprovedMy Finances recognizes notes from any broker and Nomad documents, and points to Portfolio.
