What's new

What changed in Monexa Hub: new features, improvements and fixes.

Signing up on mobile: the plans now fit the screen

The plans screen shown right after creating an account was wider than the phone, with the Pro plan cut off at the edge. It now shows in full, one plan below the other.

  • FixedOn mobile, the plan choice at sign-up no longer scrolls sideways: the price, the partner discount and the subscribe button are visible without dragging the screen.

Portfolio summary: your whole position in one report

The third report is no longer "Coming soon". It puts today's position on a single page: what you have, what you invested, the result, and how the money is split by asset type and by sector. View it on screen, download a PDF or open it in a spreadsheet.

  • NewUnder Reports, "Portfolio summary" lists each asset with quantity, average cost, price, value, result, dividends received and total return.
  • NewAllocation by sector: stocks and REITs are grouped by the sector they operate in. Assets without a sector, such as fixed income and crypto, are grouped by their own type, so the total adds up to 100%.
  • NewPDF and CSV export. In the spreadsheet, values come out as numbers with the currency in its own column, ready to sum and filter.
  • FixedThe performance and dividends PDFs highlight gains in green and losses in red again.

A refreshed home page: My Finances and AI up front

The Monexa home page now shows everything that arrived in recent weeks: My Finances, both AI assistants and what is new in Portfolio, Goals and Options. And every part of it now has its own link, so you can jump straight to what matters or send it to someone.

  • NewA section for My Finances, with what it does on Free and on Pro and a preview of the month: how much was left, how much became investment and where the money went.
  • NewA section for the AI assistants, "Ask your portfolio" and "Ask your finances", with sample questions and answers.
  • ImprovedEvery section has its own link (like monexahub.com/#finances), and on a computer the top of the page has shortcuts to My Finances, AI, Modules, Simulator and News.
  • ImprovedThere are now nine modules, including My Finances, and the Portfolio, Goals and Options descriptions tell what they gained: return with dividends, goals by asset type, the planner and structures with a payoff chart.
  • ImprovedThe plans list My Finances on Free and the AI assistant on Pro.

New on Pro: ask your portfolio

The AI assistant that already answered questions about your spending has come to the Portfolio. Ask in your own words and the answer comes with the same numbers as your screens.

  • New"How did my portfolio do over 12 months against CDI?", "How do I split a R$ 3k contribution by my target?", "How much will I have in 10 years?". It answers about positions, returns, contributions, dividends, allocation, goals, options and the detail of each asset.
  • NewIt only sees the portfolio you have open. To split a contribution, it suggests classes and assets you already hold — never a new ticker — and always with the note that it is not a recommendation.

Fixed: the missing CDI and 12-month figures that didn't match

The comparison with CDI and Ibovespa, in Reports and on the Dashboard, sometimes showed up empty or with different numbers depending on the chart period. It is now always the same, and your 12-month figure may have changed because of it.

  • FixedThe CDI for the last 12 months showed zero when the Central Bank was slow to answer. We now retry and never keep an empty answer.
  • Fixed"12 months" is now always the 12 months ending in the current month, for your portfolio, CDI and Ibovespa alike. The card used to count 13 months and the chart 12, and the result changed when you switched the chart period.
  • FixedIf you have more than one portfolio: each month's closing snapshot is now saved per portfolio. Before, one could overwrite the other, which affected returns and goals.
  • FixedNotices and automatic routines now run on Brasília time: the B3 sync and the DARF reminder used to go out 3 hours early, before dawn.
  • FixedOn short phone screens, the new goal window now scrolls: the Save button used to be off screen.
  • ImprovedA partner's code, typed at sign-up, on the plans page or in Settings, now works just like their link and gives you the same discount.

Return with dividends: what each asset really earned

Your Portfolio now adds the dividends you received to the price change. A REIT that dipped a little but paid income every month no longer shows red, and an ETF like TFLO, which earns only through distributions, no longer shows 0%.

  • ImprovedThe "12M" column is now "Return": price change plus dividends over what you invested. Hover to see the two parts separately.
  • ImprovedThe total position card shows your portfolio return including dividends, and the asset detail shows how much it has paid you.
  • ImprovedIt counts what actually reached your account: interest on equity and foreign dividends net of withholding tax.

Goals by asset type: income from REITs, a fixed-income reserve

A goal can now track just one part of your portfolio. "R$ 5k a month from REITs" follows only the income from your real estate funds, and "R$ 50k reserve" follows only your fixed income. A user suggestion.

  • NewIn wealth, passive income and contribution goals, pick the asset type: stocks, REITs, ETFs, fixed income or crypto. The goal then counts only that type’s value, income or contributions, and the card shows which one.
  • ImprovedThe goals you already have keep tracking your whole portfolio: nothing changes until you pick a type.

New: My Finances — your spending next to your investments

Monexa now also looks after your money before it reaches the broker. Import your bank statement and credit card bill and see where every real goes, how much is left each month and how much of it becomes investment. All in the same place as your portfolio.

  • NewImport your account statement and card bill as OFX, CSV or PDF. Monexa reads Nubank, Itaú and Inter, checks the bill against its printed total and never duplicates anything if you send the same period in different formats.
  • NewAn AI sorts each expense into a category, grouped by purpose: essentials, lifestyle and future. Whatever it isn't sure about waits for you to confirm with one click. Pix between your own accounts and to family members count as transfers, not spending.
  • NewMonthly plan: how much you want to spend in each category, how much should be left and how much actually was. Mark what is a fixed bill and what is extra, set aside annual expenses (car tax, insurance) and let a category's leftover roll into the next month.
  • NewOngoing installments with the schedule for the next 12 months, subscriptions (including the ones that went up in price), search by description or amount across every month, and an alert when a category reaches 80% of its limit.
  • NewThe bridge to your portfolio: from the month's leftover to the investment you actually made, your measured cost of living for the independence goal, and how much a spending cut brings that goal forward.
  • NewOn Pro: a 90-day balance forecast with an alert before it goes negative, how much to invest this month and in which class, fixed bills paid and due with the month's "free to spend", a waste finder (bank fees, interest, IOF, double charges), tax-deductible expenses with your room in a PGBL, and the independence simulator with your own numbers.
  • NewAlso on Pro: "Ask your finances", an assistant that answers with the numbers from your own screens ("how much did I spend on delivery this year?"), and your month in 1 minute, delivered as a notification on the 2nd of every month.

Fixed: manually entered Tesouro now shows its return

Tesouro Direto bonds you entered by hand stayed frozen at the amount paid, with no return. They are now updated with the day's price, like the ones that come from the B3 sync.

  • FixedEach purchase becomes units of the bond at the Tesouro price on the date you bought it. The position is now worth those units × today's redemption price, and the return shows in the Portfolio and in the growth chart.
  • FixedThe quantity shows the units you hold, no longer the number of purchases. The amount you entered in each transaction does not change.
  • ImprovedThe transactions you had already entered are converted automatically. If the date is earlier than the bond's history, the transaction stays at the amount paid.

Options planner: premiums from today's session

The planner suggested selling options at a premium that was not today's: prices came from the previous session's close. The premium is now what the series traded at today, and the plan may come with fewer suggestions than before.

  • FixedThe premium of each suggestion now comes from today's session: the day's last trade on B3, 15 minutes delayed. It used to come from the previous session's close, and on a strong market day it could be far from the real price.
  • ImprovedOnly series that traded today come in, with a minimum number of trades in the day (10 by default, adjustable in the advanced filters). Idle series are not suggested.
  • ImprovedThe screen shows what time the quote is from. Since it is delayed and does not include the order book, check bid and ask at your broker before sending the order.
  • ImprovedOutside trading hours, or if today's quote does not respond, the plan comes out empty and the screen says why. The planner does not use yesterday's price.
  • ImprovedThe strike swap in "Exit at a profit" uses the same quote of the day.
