What's new

What changed in Monexa Hub: new features, improvements and fixes.

Compare two assets over the long term

In the Simulator's Long Term tab, you can now put two assets side by side, such as BOVA11 and XBOV11 or VOO and CSPX, and see which one ends ahead after fees and taxes and where the gap comes from. And you can copy the simulation's link to send to someone, who opens it with no account.

  • NewSide-by-side comparison of two assets, with the gap in each cost.
  • NewA link to share the simulation.

Long-term simulator: what stays on the table

New Long Term tab in the Simulator, also on the home page with no sign-up. Pick a stock, a REIT or an ETF and see what it may return over the years, with the dividends, fees and taxes of each asset type, including foreign ETFs that distribute or accumulate. And see how much each cost takes from your final wealth, counting the returns that money stopped earning.

  • NewWealth if you keep it, if you sell it all at the end and the monthly income, with assumptions you can adjust.
  • NewA table of what stays on the table: fee, withholding, tax on payouts and on the sale.

Yield on the ETF page and a healthier Highest Yield ranking

The page of a distributing ETF now shows its 12-month yield. The Highest Yield ranking leaves out funds that lost more than 15% in 12 months, even with payouts, or have less than 12 months, and says how many left: a high yield with a big loss is often the fund returning its own capital. The Since inception return now covers the fund's whole life, and funds that pay every week have all their payments in the history.

  • New12-month yield on the page of a distributing ETF.
  • ImprovedHighest Yield with healthy funds only, and the yield computed the same way on B3 and abroad.
  • FixedSince inception stopped at 5 years or missed the fund's start.
  • FixedFunds that pay every week lost some payments in the history.

Country filter for foreign ETFs

In the foreign ETFs tab, you can now filter by the fund's country: US or Ireland. The country changes how much of the dividend is withheld abroad, so it helps compare similar funds.

  • NewAll, US and Ireland filter for foreign ETFs.

Nearly 300 ETFs with class and index

Our ETF table grew from 64 to 299 funds, between B3 and the most traded abroad. Their pages now show the class, the tracked index and the manager, with no out-of-table warning. And an ETF entered in the portfolio as a stock now opens as an ETF.

  • Improved235 new ETFs in the table, from B3 and abroad.
  • FixedA table ETF entered as a stock opened on the stock page.

CHIP11 with its confirmed index

CHIP11 joined our ETF table. Its page now shows the index it tracks: the MVIS US Listed Semiconductor 25, of semiconductor companies.

  • ImprovedCHIP11 with confirmed class, index and manager.

Analysis: ETF tab, B3 and abroad

Analysis has a new ETF tab, with B3 and foreign funds in separate lists. You can sort by solidity score, cost, assets, return, Sharpe, volatility, liquidity and dividend yield, and filter by fixed income, equity and crypto. Abroad there is also "Cheapest", by the P/E of the companies inside the fund, and "Lowest real cost", which adds dividends lost to withholding to the fee. There is no cheapest ranking for the B3: no public source publishes the fund's daily unit value.

  • NewETF tab in Analysis, with B3 and Abroad filters.
  • NewRankings: most solid, lowest cost and, abroad, cheapest and lowest real cost.
  • ImprovedOpening an asset's analysis from the Portfolio now shows the PRO invitation to non-subscribers.
  • FixedETF page: history without source gaps and frozen prices, which distorted return and volatility.
  • FixedOn phones with the light theme, Analysis text was nearly invisible.

More ETFs with confirmed class and index

IAU, GDX, SIL, MSTY and FLXK.L, from abroad, and BBSD11, XBOV11, ECOO11, FIND11, GOVE11, ISUS11 and SCVB11, from B3, joined our ETF table. Their pages now show the confirmed class, index and manager.

  • ImprovedTwelve new ETFs in the table, with confirmed class, index and manager.

Annual growth on B3 too, and ADRs with Brazil's yardstick

Earnings growth for B3 stocks is now the annual average over the last fiscal years, no longer one quarter against the same quarter a year earlier. This may change the score, the alerts and the position of some stocks in the rankings. And ADRs of Brazilian companies, such as BBD, stay in dollars but use Brazil's valuation assumptions.

  • FixedB3 earnings growth by fiscal year, not by one quarter.
  • ImprovedADRs of Brazilian companies with Brazil's valuation assumptions.

Annual growth for foreign stocks and the AI with the page's numbers

Earnings and revenue growth for foreign stocks is now the annual average over the last fiscal years. Before, it was one quarter against the same quarter a year earlier, which swings too much: META showed +264.8% earnings growth and now shows +37.6% a year. And Ask your portfolio now quotes Bazin, Graham and DCF exactly as they appear on the asset page, with the same assumptions.

  • FixedForeign stock earnings and revenue growth by fiscal year, not by one quarter.
  • FixedThe Bazin quoted by the AI came from a different formula and did not match the page (META: US$ 26 vs US$ 140).
  • ImprovedThe AI evaluation brings back the DCF, now the same as the page's.
