What's new

What changed in Monexa Hub: new features, improvements and fixes.

ETFs: dividends with the right record date and exact amount

Dividends of distributing ETFs (such as NDIV11, CASA11, QQQI11 and SPYI11) now come from a source that publishes the record date. The previous source stored the ex-date, one session later, and sometimes rounded amounts not yet confirmed (BIZD11 in October: R$ 1.50 instead of R$ 1.851054). If you hold these ETFs, you may see small date and amount adjustments in your history.

  • FixedETF dividend record dates (the ex-date came before).
  • FixedExact amount for newly announced ETF dividends.

REITs: Quality and Debt measured as a fund in the Investment Score

REIT Quality used ROE and margin, company metrics that often don't exist for a fund. It now looks at what matters in a REIT: whether FFO covers the payout, months with a payment in the last year, the management fee, daily liquidity and, for property funds, vacancy. Debt is now the fund's liabilities over assets. A criterion the fund doesn't have is left out instead of lowering the score.

  • ImprovedREIT Quality from payout coverage, consistency, fee, liquidity and vacancy.
  • ImprovedREIT Debt from liabilities over assets.

Fiagros: fund profile, risk and segment on the asset sheet

The sheet for Fiagros (such as SNAG11, KNCA11 and RZAG11) showed investors, fee, equity and liabilities blank. That data now comes from the CVM monthly report, with the asset mix in agribusiness terms: CRA, rural land and fund shares. The segment shows as Fiagro, also in the ranking filters. And the Quality score no longer penalizes a fund for data its source doesn't report: Fiagros gain a few points in the Investment Score.

  • ImprovedFiagro profile, risk and asset mix from the CVM report.
  • FixedInvestment Score Quality no longer penalized for an unreported margin.
  • FixedFII segment also shows when the sheet is opened from search.
  • ImprovedProfile also for the Fiagros that were missing, such as RURA11, BRFT11 and VHFA11.

Dividends: legend on the Total chart

In the monthly dividends chart, the Total view now has a legend: the green-and-blue bar is what you received, and the yellow top is what is still to be received. In the By type view, the upcoming part is also in the legend.

  • ImprovedReceived and upcoming legend on the dividends chart.

Portfolio Evolution: what it's worth vs what you put in, with a legend

The Portfolio Evolution chart, on the Dashboard and Portfolio, now compares market value with the total you put in, net of withdrawals. Before, the second bar was the cost of your positions, which dropped with every sale and looked like lost contributions. Both formats now have a legend, the contributed line also shows on the area format, and the tooltip shows the gain, the difference between the two.

  • ImprovedPortfolio Evolution compares market value with total contributed.
  • ImprovedLegend on both formats and a more visible color in dark mode.

Correct returns with a merged fund, upcoming dividends on the chart and transactions grouped by asset

If you held a REIT merged into another (like PATL11 into HGLG11), the month's return showed lower than it was: the old fund stayed in previous months at its purchase price and, when it left, looked like a loss. It now leaves the calculation on the merger date, and the entry into the new fund is not treated as new money. Returns also rebuild the month's portfolio value when there are new transactions since its last update. In Dividends, on the All period, the chart now runs to the last announced payment, showing the upcoming part. In Transactions, same-day entries are grouped by asset.

  • FixedMonthly return with a merged fund showed lower than it was.
  • FixedReturns using an outdated portfolio value after a sync.
  • NewUpcoming dividends for the next months on the chart, on the All period.
  • ImprovedSame-day transactions grouped by asset, on screen and in the export.

ETFs: comparison over 6 months, 1 year and 5 years, as area or bars, and an expanded chart

In the ETF panel in Analyses, the comparison chart now has 6-month, 1-year and 5-year periods, a choice between area and bars, like the REIT one, and a button to expand it. S&P 500 ETFs (SPXB11, SPXI11, GPUS11) are now also compared with IVVB11, which tracks the same index. More ETFs joined our table, such as bitcoin and Treasury ones, and the notice for ETFs outside it now says only what is still unconfirmed.

  • NewETF comparison over 6M, 1Y and 5Y, as area or bars, with an expanded chart.
  • ImprovedMore ETFs in the table: S&P 500, bitcoin, Treasury and dividends.

Crypto: chart periods up to 9 years and expand

In a cryptocurrency's detail, the price chart now has 6M, 1Y, 5Y and All periods (Bitcoin since Aug 2017) and can be expanded. Axis values are no longer cut off, ticks are monthly (or yearly on long periods), the line color follows the chosen period and percentages follow your language's format.

  • NewPeriods and expand on the crypto chart.
  • FixedCrypto chart axis values cut off.

ETFs: management fee from the fund rules, for more funds

The ETF management fee in Analyses now comes from each fund's rules, with its effective date. Some were wrong and have been fixed (BOVA11 showed 0.54% a year; the fee is 0.10%), and over a hundred ETFs that showed no fee now have one.

  • FixedETF management fee fixed (e.g. BOVA11 0.10%).
  • ImprovedManagement fee for over a hundred ETFs that had none.

Boxes that showed up without a background

Some elements had a transparent background, letting what was behind them show through: the comparison chart tooltip in the ETF panel, the questions window, the help box of the B3 connection in Settings, and parts of the partner area and legal pages. They now all have a background, in light and dark themes.

  • FixedSolid background on the ETF comparison chart tooltip.
