What's new

What changed in Monexa Hub: new features, improvements and fixes.

Ceiling-price alert now also for stocks already below it

The ceiling-price alert in Analyses only fired when the price crossed the ceiling after you saved the analysis. If you saved it with the stock already below the ceiling, nothing ever came. Now the alert fires once whenever the price is at or below the ceiling, even if it already was when you saved. If the price goes back above the ceiling and falls again, you are alerted again. The check is still daily.

  • FixedAnalyses saved with the stock already below the ceiling now trigger the alert.
  • ImprovedThe alert re-arms when the price rises above the ceiling and falls again.

Treasury bonds: income tax per purchase and when the rate drops

Fixed-income tax is regressive and counts each purchase's holding period: 22.5% up to 180 days, 20% up to 360, 17.5% up to 720 and 15% after. The Treasury detail counted everything from the first purchase, so monthly buyers saw less tax than real. Now each purchase pays its own rate, the screen shows the average when they fall in different brackets and says when the rate drops. The annual return now accounts for each contribution's date. And detail dates (like maturity) no longer show one day early.

  • FixedTreasury tax by each purchase's holding period, not the first.
  • NewWhen the tax rate drops, in the Treasury detail.
  • FixedAnnual return accounts for each contribution's date.
  • FixedTreasury detail dates shown one day early (maturity).

Treasury bonds: chart periods and net return

In a Treasury bond's detail, the price chart now has 6M, 1Y, 5Y, 10Y and All periods, and can be expanded. When the bond is newer than the period, the chart says when it starts. "Redeeming today" now shows the net return, after income tax and custody, for the period and per year. Percentages on the screen follow your language's number format.

  • NewPeriods and expand on the Treasury chart.
  • NewNet return (after tax and custody) in the Treasury detail.
  • FixedExpanded chart opened behind the asset detail.

REIT fair price: the anchors on mobile too

On the REIT page on mobile, the "Fair price (ranking)" card now has the "?" showing each anchor used and its value, as on desktop. And each valuation's margin on mobile now follows your language's number format.

  • Improved"?" with the fair price anchors on the REIT page on mobile.
  • FixedValuation margins on mobile in your number format.

Bonus shares: the cost comes pre-filled, just confirm it

B3 only reports how many bonus shares you received, not the cost the company attributes to them, and until now you had to look that number up in the shareholder notice. Now the app fetches the cost of each stock bonus and puts it into the average price, marked "estimated". In Transactions → Events the field comes pre-filled: check it and confirm. And a bonus you already confirmed no longer goes back to "to review" on the next sync.

  • NewBonus-share attributed cost suggested and already applied to the average price, awaiting your confirmation.
  • FixedA confirmed bonus no longer returns to "to review" on every sync.

Income: splits and bonus shares now count, and older JCP at 15%

Each income payment used only your buys and sells to know how many shares you held on the record date. After a split (like VINO11 and HFOF11) or bonus shares, the payment showed less than what B3 credited, and after a reverse split, more. Record-date shares now follow the same count as the Portfolio, events included. JCP with a record date up to 12/31/2025 now withholds 15% tax instead of 17.5%: the new rate only applies from 2026.

  • FixedIncome after a split, bonus shares or reverse split uses the right share count, in the tax report too.
  • FixedJCP with a record date up to 2025 withholds 15% tax (17.5% only from 2026).

Options: tap the asset to open its analysis

In the options tables, open and closed, tapping the option code opens the analysis of the underlying asset (PETR4, BBAS3, BOVA11…), with indicators, valuations and chart, without leaving the page.

  • ImprovedClicking an option's asset opens the underlying's analysis.

Identical goals no longer repeat

Saving the same goal twice, from the Dividend Calculator, the Simulator or the Goals screen, used to create identical copies. Now the app tells you the goal already exists and doesn't create another. Goals with a different target, asset or category are still allowed. If you already have a copy, just delete one of them in Goals.

  • FixedThe same goal is no longer created twice.

Cash sitting for over a month? The app asks if you took it out

When an amount sits in the Cash card in Transactions for over 30 days without any purchase using it, the app asks whether you took that money out of the broker. Answer yes and the adjustment opens with the amount and date filled in; answer no and the notice goes away. Nothing is deducted without your confirmation.

  • NewIdle cash notice in Transactions, with a shortcut to enter the withdrawal.

Transactions cash: tell us what you took out of the broker

B3 reports trades, not the money you move to your bank. So a sale that went to your account stayed in the Cash card as if it were still at the broker, and later purchases made with your own money showed up as paid by it. In Transactions, the Cash card now has “Adjust cash”: enter the balance your broker showed on a day (or the amount that left) and new money is counted right again. We also fixed the premium of bought-back options, which came in with the wrong sign in the closed-options table, the options result and the cash.

  • New“Adjust cash” in Transactions: record withdrawals from the broker.
  • FixedBought-back options: correct opening premium and buyback price (updates on the next B3 sync).
