What's new

What changed in Monexa Hub: new features, improvements and fixes.

Dividend Calculator goals keep your monthly contribution and show the timeline

When you save a goal from the Dividend Calculator, the monthly contribution and the averaging period you picked now go with it. In Goals, it shows how long until you reach the shares, using the same math as the calculator: contributing every month, reinvesting payouts and counting the shares you already own.

  • FixedGoals saved from the calculator no longer ignore the monthly contribution.
  • ImprovedPer-asset goals with a contribution show the estimated timeline in Goals.

Analyses on mobile with everything the desktop shows

An asset's page in Analyses showed less on mobile than on desktop. It now also has the price chart, with and without dividends, the Magic Number for REITs, REIT valuations (adjusted Gordon, book value, capitalized FFO and fair price), gross margin for stocks and your previous analyses, which you tap to reload their parameters. In the decision, REITs now offer the same methods as on desktop.

  • ImprovedMobile: price chart, Magic Number, REIT valuations, gross margin and previous analyses.

Dividend calculator: can you rely on this income? And how long until you get there?

The Simulator's Dividend Calculator now answers two more questions. Choose whether the average uses the last 12 months, 24 months or 5 years, and see your position's worst and best month, whether the income is stable or swings, and a warning when the last 12 months are far above or below the 5-year average (a peak, like Petrobras in 2022, isn't the asset's normal). For REITs, the trend of the payout per share shows too. And in "I want to receive", a new block shows how long it takes to reach the goal's shares contributing a monthly amount and reinvesting the dividends, with the income growing on a chart.

  • New12-month, 24-month or 5-year average, worst month, stability and peak warning.
  • NewHow long until the goal with monthly contributions and reinvested dividends.

Portfolio: this month's new money on the contribution card

The Portfolio's "Monthly Contribution" card now shows, right below the total invested, how much of it was new money: the part of your buys not paid with sales, payouts or premiums already at the broker. It's the same calculation as in Transactions, so both numbers match. The line only shows when part of the contribution came from that cash.

  • NewThis month's new money on the Portfolio's contribution card.

Transactions: invested capital chart without empty space

The "Invested capital × portfolio value" chart now fills its card's full height, matching the "Where the new money went" card beside it, instead of leaving empty space below.

  • ImprovedLarger invested capital chart, filling the whole card.

REITs in Analyses: price chart, explanations and decisions on the new valuations

The REIT page now has a share price chart, with and without payouts, over 6 months, 1 year or 5 years (10 years too for stocks), as lines or bars, and can be expanded. Every Investment Score item and every Valuation Summary row has a "?" explaining what it measures. On the ranking's fair price, the "?" shows each anchor used and its value. And your decision can be saved with Gordon, book value, FFO or the fair price, not only Bazin.

  • NewPrice performance chart (price and with payouts) on REIT and stock pages.
  • New"?" explanations on the Investment Score, the Valuation Summary and the fair price anchors.
  • ImprovedREIT decision with Gordon, NAV, FFO and fair price.
  • ImprovedStock revenue and earnings history as area or bars, and expandable.

REIT profile and risk on mobile too

The panel with the fund profile (unitholders, management fee, equity and management type), 12-month risk and the credit portfolio of debt REITs only showed on desktop. It's now on the mobile page too, in the Indicators tab.

  • ImprovedREIT profile, risk and credit portfolio on the mobile page.

My Finances explains the Nomad US dollar account statement

The Nomad US dollar account statement (the deposit account) was rejected in My Finances as a file we didn't recognize. Now the screen says what it is: My Finances doesn't import US dollar accounts, and Nomad investments go to Portfolio, through the trade confirmations or the investment account monthly statement.

  • ImprovedNomad US dollar account statement: clear message in My Finances.

Stock analysis: 10 years of results, risk and payout consistency

Each stock's page in Analyses has a new panel, like the one for REITs. History: revenue and net income over the last 10 years in a chart, plus margin, ROE and net debt to EBIT year by year, to see whether the company is improving. Trend: average revenue and earnings growth over 5 years, average ROE and margin, and loss years. 12-month risk: volatility, Sharpe, return against the CDI and the Ibovespa, and beta. And payout consistency: how many years it paid, how many in a row, how many payments in the last year and how much came as JCP. For banks and insurers, EBIT margin and debt are hidden, since they don't apply to that kind of balance sheet.

  • New10-year history and earnings trend on the stock page.
  • New12-month risk (volatility, Sharpe, beta, against CDI and Ibovespa) and payout consistency.

REIT profile before valuations, in Analyses

In a REIT's detail in Analyses, the fund profile (type, risk and credit portfolio) now shows before the valuations. First you see what the fund is, then what it might be worth.

  • ImprovedREIT profile above valuations in the asset detail.
